The ambiance is great! We sat outside at night and it was very pleasant. Our waitress was nice and efficient & the food was good too. We started with the empanada appetizer & got bowls and burritos for entrees.

Came here for a team lunch during lunch hour. A majority of my colleagues ordered from their prix fix menu, where you get a drink, a salad or soup, and an entree. All of that for $18 sounded like a fantastic deal. I opted for something else that wasn't available on the prix fix menu. Several orders of the Traditional Guacamole ($13) were ordered to share and these were great. Can't go wrong with guacamole and chips! I personally ordered the Chipotle Shrimp Burrito ($21) for my meal, which consisted of congri, jack cheese, guacamole, chipotle cream, cilantro, and queso fresco. Having a chipotle shrimp as a burrito topping sounded unique and tasty, so I had to try it, which did not disappoint. It may have been a bit on the heavy side, but it was worth the food coma.

I stopped into Red Mesa for work lunch with a friend. I had the special Steak and Chorizo Quesadilla. It was really good. Their salsa has a smoky, chipotle flavor to it. Their guacamole is always on point! I've never been disappointed by a meal or service at this location. Highly recommend!

Consistently delicious. We came here straight from the airport (FL is our home). We were craving margaritas & good food. We were not let down. The chips were served warm with salsa, very good! I had the salmon plank, gluten-free with mixed vegetables. Delicious!!! Salmon cooked perfectly, moist not dry. My hubby had his usual (puntas de filet) an off menu item that is a ol fan favorite from back in the days. The service was outstanding, very accommodating and kind. Price is reasonable and my margarita hit the spot. Ambiance - upscale casual Mexican. We highly recommend

If you're looking for outdoor seating, Latin food, drinks, and football games, come here! There are tables and an outside bar and the bartenders are super attentive. I never had to wait long for a drink. (Try their espresso martini!) Oh, if you're vegetarian like me, the grilled veggie enchilada is good. It comes filled with mushrooms and zucchini.

I ate my food so fast, I forgot to take a picture. Whoops. This is my second time at Red Mesa and my first meal was divine, second edible. Order the short rib. Succulent and a flavor bomb in your mouth. Chicken enchiladas.... Well, order the short rib. Enchiladas were okay, the corn tortillas were freshly made, the way I like it. The chicken and salsa fairly bland. I'll return again. The salmon and birria has caught my eye. Until next time....

Good portions, great tasting food. The typical ingredients for a 5 star review. Why then only a 4? You have to pay for chips and salsa.

The server was nice, but didn't introduce herself (found it on the check, Olivia K). She already had waters for us which was awesome; we requested lemons on the side. She did suggest some specials for drinks and food for the day. She did ask us how our appetizers and food was, very prompt. The food was delicious came out faster than expected, today is a pretty chill day here though, the food was hot and fresh. The pickled onions went well on the chicken taquitos. My brother loved the scallop ceviche, he ate all of it and loved the coriz-tacos he could barely eat them because we had the traditional guacamole with hot chips before our food. The ambiance is relaxed and has chill music, very Tex-mex.
